Low Back Pain...Do You Know these 3 Essential Facts?
Did you know that over 80% of all adults suffer from low back pain during their lives? It might surprise you to know that 50% of all of you reading this right now are suffering from low back pain. Scary as it may sound it's a fact of live for all of us.

Rather than simply combining exercise and muscle stretches you can and should add other joint activities that will release stress that is part of daily life. It's a fact that emotional and other factors are huge causes of physical stress.
 
Relieving muscle tension is the ultimate goal in finding pain relief. Strengthening those weaker muscles, then working to make joints move more freely, will correct you lower back pain faster than you might imagine. Using methods to relieve stress daily are the key to living as pain-free as possible. If
you don't, 95% of low back pain suffers will experience a recurrence.
 
Fact #3- try using self-help techniques to relieve that pesky pain. Learning to deal with the pain yourself will bring relief to those areas in pain. Of course, if the pain persists, you should visit a practitioner. As with anything in life there are exceptions to the rule when it comes to dealing with back pain.  If you have pain radiating from the spine that is causing bladder of bowel problems call your physician. The same is true if you have sustained a fall. Your body will tell you how much pain you are in. Simply use good judgement.
 
It  has been shown that most adults wait day and sometimes weeks before consulting with a physician or other health care professional. Why? Because they think that the pain will go away by itself. This is the wrong approach to deal with the pain.

You'll find that if you practice self-help techniques that your pain will be managed much better. By learning to use stretching,  joint strengthening and  mobility exercises your pain will be resolved more quickly and at a savings to your wallet as well as your well-being.
